This elixir began taking shape nearly 10 years ago. We were still living in LA. We were brewing mead (honey wine), and this particular elixir got the very last of our California mead stash, a bottle 10+ years old, made from California Organic Wildflower Honey and our very own garden grown rosemary. We thought we were crazy then (10 years ago), when we decided to create a rosemary, frankincense and myrrh mead, BUT WOW was it good! As we began playing with the idea of oak aging an elixir, we thought of yet another California extraction! Wild California mugwort that was lovingly gathered after a fairly intense hike (for me LOL) in Temescal California and extracted 7 years ago. We have paired these special brews with a full moon to moon oak cask infusion of Maryland bee pollen and pearl. As well as fresh lemon peel creating something totally enchanting and completely un-repeatable! Grab a bottle while you can- or before we decide to reserve the rest for ourselves!
